This serie was made in Mali and is a tribute to the musician Ali Farka Touré.
On this journey I follow Ali Farka steps, and I stayed with his beloved musitians friends and family.
Part of this work was published in the book ‘Africa See you See me’ African Influences on Contemporary Photography. Edited by Awam Amkpa. AFRICA. CONT-CML. 2012; and exhibited in 2010 in Lisbon and 2011 in Florence, Rome, Beijing, Macau, Senegal and Nigeria.
